“Catechists, God wants to make use of you to facilitate the children's path to Him. Such a holy mission calls for a great deal of humility. It is infinitely beyond us. But it becomes possible for those who abandon themselves to the Spirit of God guidance, who gives grace to the humble and speaks through their mouths. Let us ask the Holy Spirit to speak to their hearts, so that the seed of His word may not be lost.”
Great happiness at the announcement of the creation of a ministry for catechists in the Catholic Church. This is also the inspiration of Blessed Nicolas Barré. As our Pope Francis says today, our world needs men and women "animated by a true apostolic enthusiasm".
