'A hope that transforms'...

From 5 May to 9 May, around 900 religious sisters from all over the world are gathered in Rome for the plenary assembly of the UISG (International Union of Major Superiors). The theme of this XXIIIrd meeting is ‘Consecrated life: a hope that transforms’. Brigitte Flourez, Superior General of the Infant Jesus Sisters Nicolas Barré, is present, as is Sr Angèle-Marie Vololoniaina, Superior General of the Infant Jesus Sisters Providence of Rouen.

A highlight for all those taking part... taking place at the same time as the cardinals enter conclave for the election of the future Pope, and also an opportunity to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the UISG.
