  • Protect your energy - avoid toxic people and environments

  • Practice gratitude - focus on what's good, no what's missing

  • Live in the present - stop worrying about the past or future

  • Forgive yourself and others - freedom comes with gorgiveness

  • Speak kindly - your woords affect both others and yourself

  • Trust the process - peace comes from patience and faith

  • Stay close to God - let faith guide your heart and mind.

  • Pray daily - connect with God to find strenght and serenity.
