We have just had our annual meeting of the European Provincials in the Mother House in Paris. We each reported on the situation in our own country and shared our joys and our sorrows. This exercise proves very beneficial to all of us every year. We learn a lot from each other and we also appreciate the support we get from each other throughout the year.
This year we focused particularly on our General Chapter in Rome in the summer and shared our preparations towards that important gathering.
An enjoyable part of our coming together was the opportunity it gave us to visit our older sisters living in the care community of the Mother House, and the other sisters living in communities around Paris. They were delighted to meet us and showed great interest in the mission of our sisters in other countries. Pilar Tarazaga IJS
