Jesus showed his disciples his hands and his side.
Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you.
As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
When he had said this, he breathed on them

Get Ready to Be Sent
Christ calls us to Himself, to share in His life and unite ourselves with His mission.
He invites us today to follow Him in the ways He chose in His Incarnation and to recognize Him in the poor and the ‘little ones’ with whom He identified. ‘In so far as you did this to one of the least of these…you did it to me’ Matt 25:40
In a world which often rejects them, Nicolas Barré would want us to give priority to the poor, with particular attention to children and young people.
